P90X3 Review – Week 8
P90X3 Reviews
P90X3 Review: Week 8 Day 1 – Isometrix
This is the second time I did this and I almost forgot what was involved. Overall I did pretty good except for the last two moves – Moon dog leg lift and crows/crane. This workout is definitely not a calorie burner. It’s slightly less dreadful than yoga because it involves a bit more core work. The downside is i hardly felt that I’ve just had a workout.
I ended add ARX in the end LOL.
P90X3 Review: Week 8 Day 2 – Dynamix
Did p90x3 week 8 day 2 Dynamix late yesterday. It was a better workout than isomeric. Feeling a bit nausea today…could be the cold. I’m going to get back and rest. Will update you all later!
P90X3 Review: Week 8 Day 3 – Sick
I’m feeling much better today. No more fever but my head still is a bit dizzy. I’ve been drinking a bunch of water. That has helped. Tomorrow I’m going to pick up on week 8 day 3.
I didn’t give up when I was hit with flu when I first started X in Oct 2012. And I’m not going to give up now!
P90X3 Review: Week 8 Day 3 – Accelerator
I was 90% recovered and felt strong enough to continue my workout. I’m actually feeling much better after the workout. Love the sweat! The donkey kicks kicked my butt though lol!
P90X3 Review: Week 8 Day 4 – Pilates X
I nailed the alphabet soups this time without taking break!! My hip flexor and lower abs hurt big time though I’m still working out keeping my legs straight — my biggest challenge so far. But I’m getting better.
P90X3 Review: Week 8 Day 5 – CVX
I got a massive shoulder burns again. Who would’ve known that 15 lbs flys and shoulder presses can burn your shoulders that much LOL. But pain is good.
P90X3 Review: Week 8 Day 6 – X3 Yoga
I’m feeling better now after the first two workouts in week 8. Anyway, week 8 day 6 x3 yoga done! Comparing to pilates, this was a bit milder and when I started to struggle the workout was over lol.
Yes, I too am looking forward to next week! Incinerator is my favorite!
