P90X – Week 7 (Thanksgiving)
I took 3 days off my workout routine during the Thanksgiving vacation last week. As soon I arrived home this past weekend, I continued the day 3 of my week 7 of p90x.
Just so I don’t add extra days to the end of the program, I’m going to try to not take the rest days for the next 2 weeks.
So far, I’ve lost 12 LBS and about 5% of body fat since I started. I still have about 17% of body fat and my goal is to lose another 7% before the program ends.
A little more to share about my vacation:
I went to Denver CO for a ski vacation. I’ve never in my life been skiing so it was a little intimidating. Not to mention I didn’t take any lesson while I was there. I jumped off the ski lift and there I went! It took me a while to learn how to balance and decelerate but once I kind of managed that, I was doing pretty good given that I was a first timer. The Plyometrics workout helped a lot as far as my leg strength and endurance go. After a few hours of skiing (and falling), I hardly felt any muscle aches!
