P90X – Week 5
Finished my p90x week 5 yesterday. My legs haven’t felt this sore since the first week. I think the “muscle confusion” is working alright.
I’ve lost 10lbs since 10/9. I thought I would need to increase my food intake but the 1900-2000 cals/day seems to be working for me for now.
My mid section is getting flatter. I haven’t seen it as flat since 5-6 years ago. While I’m still a long way from getting the 6 pecs, I started to see the vague outline in the upper ab section.
