What supplements do you take?
Supplements that I use and recommend are Shakeology, P90X Recovery Formula, whey protein, protein shake, and protein bars especially when you’re always on the run. I use Purple Wraath (BCAA’s) but I don’t consider it as a must-have. I use Shakeology as a meal replacement for breakfast and occasionally as a post workout recovery drink. Take the whey protein once or twice a day: once in the morning and after my workout. I take the Recovery Formula directly following the workout when I really pushed it during the workout.
